Welcome
to the Exchange Studios Web site. We offer lofts for rent in two primary floor plans: LargeLive/Work spaces with a Loft (2 story), and a "New York style flat" (1 story). All of our Live/Work rentals are energy efficient units with double paned windows,
full bathrooms and kitchens, and plenty of open functional
space. We have a keypad secured entry with gated remote
access parking (1 space included), as well as two laundry
rooms (coin-operated). We are nested in between the Fruitvale
area and Park Street bridge, which enters into Alameda.
